Client: Active Prayers
This was a website companion handout for a trade show, as well as promotional bookmark. The products are intended for Worship and Liturgical dancers and included garments for both men and women. We hired the photographer, Scott Erb (www.erbphoto.com) and ran the art direction for the photo shoot. We worked directly with choreographers to accomplish the overall look and feel. We designed the layout of the pieces including this interesting fold technique that involves no staples and has a nice “stepped” look. We put quotes from the Bible that applied to dance on each exposed fold.

Client: Celadon Road
www.celadonroad.comWe designed packaging labels for this really great company. All of the products are organic and this was a lot of fun. In this case their Green Alligator products are intended for children and therefore have a more juvenile look and feel. We created the artwork in Adobe Illustrator including die lines so the printer could trim them to fit properly. We worked with Springfield Label (www.springfieldlabel.com) to produce these for the client.

Client: Dance C.A.B. Dance Customer Advisory Board
www.dancecab.netThis is a business that I am directly involved in and helped to create. The concept is that an Advisory Board of industry consumers sign-up to make themselves available to be surveyed and polled via email In exchange – they receive a steady stream of free stuff from the manufacturers. This image is of the trade show booth we set up at our first event to beta-test the concept. We had 1300 dance teachers sign up. Evan Miga from my team created the logo, tag lines and shirt design.

Client: DesignWorks
This is a very pretty one-color letterhead and envelope design for a dance costume manufacturer. The photo of the dancer is ghosted back with minimal detail popping through. We ran the logo vertically for further visual interest. This was done a nice bonded paper and inexpensive to print due to the one ink we used.

Client: Friendly’s Ice Cream Corporation
www.friendlys.comWhen Friendly’s introduced the new Dinosaur Dig Ice Cream Roll, we were hired to create a large freezer door cling/banner for the grocery store chains. We needed to match the packaging, but the dinosaur was rasterised and could not be enlarged nicely. We had to re-draw the dinosaur as well as some of the other elements to suit this large banner.

Client: Matrix Aerospace
www.matrixaero.comThis was a products and services portfolio folder that we designed for this client. The folder itself acts as a color brochure – loaded with imagery and some text. The inserts were editable and feature various pieces of machinery that Matrix has in their shop. Client: The family of the late artist, Pauline Stiriss
This was a very personal project for the family of the artist. Upon her passing, the task was to photograph all of her paintings and then create these beautiful, linen, hardcover albums for the family to keep. We took the leaf, a common element that Pauline seemed to repeat frequently, and created a vectored version so it could be stamped on the cover along with the title. We made about 100 books, but then also arranged for another 100 or so soft cover versions that were sent to curators and galleries that might be interested in displaying the pieces.

We were leveraging the power of the show to encourage home-owners to consider hiring the combined services of the builder and architect team featured on the episode. The event was a very elegant party where highlights and behind-the-scenes footage was shared and Kent told the story and answered questions. We used variable data as well as PURL to manage the incoming data and response from this mailing.

www.utc.comPratt and Whitney utilizes these sell sheets at trade events to feature their parts, services , training and more. -
Client: TNT General Contracting
We had previously designed the logo for this client, and then later created these very cool ceiling banners for trade shows. They always design their booth look like an outdoor deck/patio scene. We decided it would be cool to make the banners look like a piece of the sky to go with the overall outdoor theme.
